Hor Fun is a favourite zi char noodle dish among Singaporeans. This stir-fried rice noodle dish is served in a thick gravy made from soup broth and seafood. At G7, we have taken this classic dish and made it even better it by adding chicken gizzard for a new level of satisfaction. We also made sure it has that special 'wok hei' flavour - the "breath of the wok" - which is achieved by cooking at high temperatures in a well-seasoned wok.
